The Travel Scoot Mobility Scooter stores in 2.5 cubic feet of space and fits where no mobility scooter has fit before. The revolutionary and unique hinge system of the TravelScoot allows for a three wheeled electric scooter to be folded down to the size of a two wheeled scooter. Because of the light weight and compact design, the TravelScoot Mobility Scooter is readily available wherever you go and gives you the freedom to explore the world again.
The TravelScoot feels like a feather compared to any other mobility scooter and this makes it easier to ride and manuver. This travel scooter can turn "on a dime" and come to an immediate stop too. The Travel Scoot is so lightweight that there is no need for a reverse gear. Just put your feet down and push backwards to go in reverse. No other mobility scooter is as easy or as simple to operate as the Travel Scoot Travel Mobility Scooter.
The TravelScoot Mobility Scooter is available in both a deluxe and standard version with the only difference being the batteries. The deluxe version includes a high performance and light weight Lithium-Ion battery while the standard version comes with a Sealed Lead Acid gel cell battery. The Lithium-Ion battery weighs only 4.5 pounds compared to 20 pounds for the Sealed Lead Acid battery. Both versions of the Travel Scoot Mobility Scooter include a battery charger and have a 24 volt motor with 250 watt DC integrated controller.

SPEED AND MILEAGE

Speed and distance were ascertained by GPS with a new battery and a 180 pound person on a paved level surface. With a 330 pound load, the distance was 5.5 miles. With these parameters, the distance, with different loads, can be estimated accordingly.
Because of the lightweight design and easy maneuverablility, the TravelScoot does not have a reverse function.
The TravelScoot comes with a 12 months warranty on parts and labor.
